BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. collects and processes personal data. At the same time, we pay special attention to their adequate protection. This Statement describes what data we collect, how we process it, and for what purposes we use it, as well as your rights related to your data.

b) If we use the services of external providers to process your personal data, we are talking about processing (personal data) by order. Even in this case, we are responsible for the protection of your personal data.
We process the following personal data, in relation to employees, job candidates, our clients, suppliers, and people who leave their personal data through our website, namely the following personal data: name and surname, address, OIB, gender, date date of birth, citizenship, place of residence, education data, salary and credit debt data, health data, employment data, data on previous work experience, account number data, contact data, e-mail address, photos, video recordings with images of persons, data on previous work experience, number of identification document.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data of employees is the Labor Law and the Rulebook on the content and method of keeping records on employees for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship and fulfilling the legal obligations of BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. Data processed on this basis are: first and last name, address, OIB (eng. personal indentification number), gender, date of birth, citizenship, place of residence, education information.
An additional legal basis for the processing of the employee’s personal data is the employment contract, all with the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations from the employment relationship. Data processed on this basis are: employment data, salary data, credit debt data, e-mail address, contact number, account number data.
The legal basis for processing the employee’s photo on the website, private contact number or private e-mail address of the employee is consent, and all for the purpose of promoting BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. that is, for the purpose of performing work.
The legal basis for the processing of video recordings is the Law on Occupational Safety with the purpose of protecting the assets of BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. that is, with the purpose of protecting workers and third parties from the risk of burglary, robbery, attacks by third parties.
The processing of video footage with a recording of the worker, if the purpose is to promote BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o., is based on the worker’s consent.
The legal basis for processing health data is the Occupational Safety and Health Act, all for the purpose of recording the obligations of BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. in case of worker injury at work.
The legal basis for processing personal data of job candidates is consent, all with the aim of employment at BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. Data processed on this basis are first name, last name, gender, e-mail address, address, contact number, date of birth, education information, photo, and other information that is specified in the CV or motivation letter.
The legal basis for the processing of our clients’ data is the contract, all with the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations from the contractual relationship. Personal data that we process on this basis are: name, surname, contact number, e-mail address, employment information of contact persons in clients who are legal entities. In relation to clients who have the status of tradesman or self-employed or are natural persons, we additionally process the OIB, or address, and the account number that was shown when paying for our services. At the same time, in relation to all suppliers, we also process personal data of persons authorized to represent them, for example the name and surname of the board members. Additionally, when providing alarm system installation services to business clients we also process employee data (name and surname, employment information) for the purpose of programming the alarm system. In relation to clients to whom we provide video surveillance system installation and maintenance services, we also process personal data (video footage of a person), but only on the client’s order in the event of the need for system maintenance and when the same has been specifically contracted. In addition, when we provide physical protection services, our employees have the right to legitimize third parties based on Article 27 of the Act on Private Protection, and the said personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations from the concluded contracts.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data that we process in the context of cooperation with our suppliers is the contract, all with the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations from the contractual relationship. The personal data we process on this basis are: name, surname, contact number, e-mail address, employment information, contact person in companies, legal entities, suppliers. In relation to suppliers who have the status of craftsmen or independent businesses, we additionally process the OIB, considering that it is the OIB of a natural person. At the same time, in relation to all suppliers, we also process personal data of persons authorized to represent them, for example the name and surname of the board members.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data collected on our website in the sections Send us an inquiry and Registration of potential employees is voluntary consent, and the data is collected for the purpose of providing an answer to the inquiry, i.e. for the purpose of employment at BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o.
Please take care that in the business of private protection that BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. deals with, there are cases in which we are obliged to forward the collected personal data to competent authorities and institutions responsible for the detection and processing of committed offenses and criminal offences. At the same time, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, we are obliged to submit the personal data of our employees to the prescribed health institutions for the purpose of performing regular medical examinations, just as we are obliged to submit them to the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute in the employee application process, or to the labor inspector upon request for the purpose of carrying out the same inspection supervision and procedure. In all other situations of delivery of any personal data, as well as in the above, before delivery of any personal data to any recipient, we will pay special attention to the recipient’s request for the delivery of personal data, and only after assessing the justification of the request will we deliver the same data to recipients whom we judge to be the obligation to provide personal data prevails over the obligation to protect the privacy of the same data. data on education, data on wages and credit debts, data on health, data on employment, data on previous work experience, data on account number, contact data, e-mail address, photos, videos with recordings of people, data on previous work length of service, ID number.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Personal data of employees that we process on the basis of the Ordinance on the Content and Method of Keeping Records on Employees are required to be kept as documentation of permanent value, while personal data of employees that are based on consent are processed and stored until consent is withdrawn. We keep the personal data of job candidates for 30 days after the end of the competition, that is, until the consent is withdrawn. We process personal data that we process on the basis of contracts with suppliers and clients until the rights and obligations from the same contracts are properly fulfilled, or until the audit procedure is carried out. In the case of improper fulfillment of the contract, we process the same data until the end of disputes regarding the forced fulfillment of rights and obligations from the contractual relationship. We keep personal data collected on our website in the Send us an inquiry section until the response to the inquiry is delivered, or until consent is withdrawn.
When entering into an employment contract, we indicate in a transparent manner which personal data are required for the purpose of concluding the contract, and which personal data are not required to be provided. We also point out to potential employees that for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process, the delivery of certain data is mandatory, without which we are unable to carry out the recruitment selection process in a high-quality manner. Our clients and suppliers are obliged to provide us with certain personal data for the purpose of concluding contracts in order to indicate them as contractual apartments in the contracts, while the data of contact persons is equally necessary in order to fulfill the rights and obligations from the concluded contracts. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Law on Private Protection, persons who have been granted permission to perform body protection work have the authority to verify the identity of persons. Therefore, entering the premises protected by BILIĆ-ERIĆ d.o.o. there is a possibility that you will be asked to see your identification document, all for the purpose of verifying your identity, and thus also protecting the facility and persons to whom BILIĆ-ERIĆ provides private protection.
a) Right to rectification: If we process your personal data that is incomplete or incorrect, you can ask us to correct or supplement it at any time.
b) Right of access: You have the right to receive a confirmation about whether we process your personal data or not, and where this is the case you have under the conditions of Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation to request access to this data.
c) Right to deletion: You can ask us to delete your personal data if we have processed them illegally or if this processing represents a disproportionate intrusion into your protected interests. Please take into account that there are reasons that prevent immediate deletion, for example due to the existence of an obligation to preserve in accordance with legal obligations.
d) The right to restriction of processing: You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data: if you dispute the accuracy of the data during the period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data, if the data processing was unlawful, but you refuse deletion and instead request a restriction of the use of the data, if we the data is no longer needed for the intended purposes, but you still need it for the fulfillment of legal requirements or if you have filed a complaint.
e) The right to the possibility of data transfer: You can ask us to provide you with the data that you have entrusted to us for archiving in a structured form, in the usual machine-readable format: if we process this data on the basis of the consent you have given us and which you can revoke or for the purpose of fulfillment of our contract and if the processing is carried out using automated processes.
f) The right to object: If we process your data for the performance of tasks of public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or when processing them we refer to our legitimate interests, you can file an objection against such data processing if there is an interest in protecting your data.
g) Right to complain: If you are of the opinion that we have violated Croatian or European regulations on data protection when processing your data, please contact us in order to clarify any questions. You certainly have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
h) Exercising your rights: If you wish to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights, contact us using our contact information from Article 1 of this Statement or via the form entitled Respondent’s Request available on our website www.bilic-eric.hr
i) Identity confirmation: In case of doubt, we may request additional information to verify your identity. This serves to protect your rights and private sphere.
j) Abuse of rights: If you use any of the listed rights too often and with the obvious intention of abuse, we may charge an administrative fee or refuse to process your request.
In relation to your personal data, we do not carry out an automated decision-making process.
