They will send intervention teams and, if necessary, other competent services (police, firefighters, ambulance) to the protected facility and inform the client about the events as soon as possible. As a basic document presented to the client, CNS creates a detailed report on each extraordinary event and a regular report on all other events. Also, by creating a monthly overview of events on the alarm system, the client is provided with a simple overview of complete events at the facility (alarms, switching on and off, malfunctions, etc.), and the same is delivered to the client for the entire previous month via e-mail or mail.
